Thank you for shopping at Dance Passion! We strive to deliver your order as quickly and in the best possible condition. Below you will find the details of our shipping policy.
1. Shipping Locations
We offer delivery:

Throughout Cyprus (including Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, and others)

International shipping is not available.

2. Shipping Costs
Within Cyprus:

Standard shipping: €10

Delivery time: 1–3 business days

Courier service: ACS
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged item or your package was not delivered:

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package (or expected delivery date).

We will contact the courier service and do our best to resolve the issue.

Please retain the packaging and take photos of any damage, if applicable.
6. In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available from our shop/office at:
Vasileos Georgiou B & Lavyrinthou 2, Limassol, Cyprus
You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.
7. Address Changes
If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately after placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, it will not be possible to change the address.
