Refund and Return Policy

At Dance Passion, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy outlined below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Order Cancellation)

In accordance with EU legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us via email at mirza.ltd.cy@gmail.com, specifying your order number and the reason for the return (optional).

2. Return Conditions

An item may be returned if the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 14 calendar days of receiving the item;

  • The item has not been used, is undamaged, and has original tags and packaging;

  • Footwear and clothing have only been tried on indoors (if at all);

  • Non-returnable items include: underwear, hosiery, gift cards, customized or personalized items.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the returned item does not meet these conditions.

3. Return Procedure

  • Email us at mirza.ltd.cy@gmail.com with the subject line: "Return + Order Number".

  • Securely package the item, including a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.

  • Ship the parcel to the return address (to be provided in our reply email).

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will initiate the refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was delivered faulty or in error.

  • In the case of a return due to our mistake (e.g. wrong item or defect), we will reimburse return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds are processed within up to 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Initial shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size), please initiate a return and place a new order.
This ensures quicker processing and secures stock availability.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Include photos and a description of the issue in your message.

  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
